[Foodie Friday] 3 Non-Boring Potato Salad Recipes

Tired of the same old boring potato salad? Here are 3 fresh, tasty recipe ideas to try out this summer!

Summer is potluck season and barbecue season – which means it’s also…potato salad season!

If you’re looking for a change from the old-school potato salad recipe you’ve been making ever since you can remember, why not shake it up a bit? Below are three modern and delicious twists on the classic potato salad that will be a big hit on the picnic table this summer! Add the flavors of Asia with purple sweet potatoes, coconut and lime, or throw a Mediterranean twist into the mix with walnut pesto dressing.
