You may not spend much time thinking about the health of your skin, other than when a breakout or other skin issue pops up, but your skin’s health is actually linked to your overall health.

Since your skin is a living, breathing, detoxifying organ, it can also sometimes be an indicator of health problems happening inside of your body.
