Circuit workouts are a unique type of high-intensity interval training, which include certain types of exercises done in sequence. Circuit training often involves machines or gym equipment, but not always. This circuit workout can be done at home with just an exercise mat and a towel.
This high-intensity workout includes 4 circuits of 2 exercises. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest between each exercise set, and one minute of rest between each circuit. Each circuit is repeated three times for an amazing cardio workout that will also strengthen your entire body in less than 25 minutes.
This workout does not include a warm up, but it does have a cool-down at the end.
