This 20-minute complete workout focuses hard on your backside, your booty, your glutes – okay, your butt! These exercises will help to tone and define your butt, legs, hips, and basically your entire lower body.
This is not an easy workout, so be patient with yourself, and be sure to listen to your body and adjust as needed to your fitness level. Feel free to pause as needed, or do fewer reps of each exercise.
