This core & cardio workout focuses on the abs, obliques, and lower back to help you build a strong and noticeably toned midsection. Designed for those who get bored easily, this workout features 1 set of 4 groups of exercises – no repeats!
Each exercise is done for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of active rest, in the HIIT format.
The workout does include a cool down session at the end, but there is no warmup, so be sure you warm up on your own before starting the workout. (Here is a good warmup to try.)
This is a bodyweight HIIT workout, so no equipment is needed except for an exercise or yoga mat – so grab your mat and let’s work that core!
