This week’s dance workout will make you SWEAT! This fast and energetic fat-burning hip hop cardio dance routine utilizes a series of high-intensity hip hop-inspired dance moves to help you burn calories and achieve a leaner, trimmer body.
This workout is done in high-intensity interval style, and it includes a warm-up and a cool-down, so you can get your entire workout done in under 20 minutes!
The workout includes 4 rounds of 5 different exercises. You will do each round for 20 seconds, with a 10-second break in between sets, and a 30-second rest period between exercises. This interval format is believed to create improved results by boosting your metabolism for maximum calorie-burning impact.
(Note: If you are starting at a low level of fitness, adjust the rest periods and intensity as needed to stay safe during your workout.)
You won’t need any equipment – just a towel and some water to stay hydrated.
