In week three of this year’s Detox Yoga challenge, you will learn how to detoxify your body through heat with Kundalini breathing and powerful twisting movements. You will then flow through an invigorating Vinyasa sequence to open up the sides of your body and stretch your hamstrings and glutes. This yoga fusion session ends with a heart-opening Yin posture, so you can experience some of the many benefits of these very different types of yoga.
