It’s true – more and more health experts are recommending shorter workouts for better health as well as weight loss! This 7-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout helps to maximize fat burning and boost your metabolism with just a few simple do-anywhere moves. You don’t need any equipment for this workout, although you can add some light hand weights for extra impact if you want.

And yes, this is a full workout, including a warmup and stretch, but be sure to do each move for a full minute (the demo doesn’t show the full minute, so once you get the moves down, pause the video to do each move for a full minute).
