Your butt and thighs comprise the largest muscles in your body; consequently, they give you the greatest fat-burning potential. Working this area of your body will help you burn calories, boost your metabolism, and give you the power and strength to do whatever activities you love.
This butt & thigh workout is only 5 minutes long, so you can easily fit it into your busy schedule. But don’t be fooled; just because it’s short doesn’t mean it’s easy! Your backside will definitely feel the burn after this one.
This is a bodyweight workout, so you won’t need ANY equipment – not even a mat – no excuses! However, you will need to add a warmup and cooldown on your own.
The workout consists of exercises with 40 seconds of activity, followed by 5 seconds of rest between each set.
