Here’s another super-quick Tabata-style HIIT workout to help you stay fit during the busy holiday season!
Busy prepping for Thanksgiving dinner and don’t have time to fit in a workout? Think again! This super-quick workout can be done anywhere, anytime, and it only takes 4 minutes to get you sweating, increase your heart rate, and yes, burn off some of those holiday calories in advance! 🙂
This super-short Tabata-style HIIT workout consists of 4 sets each of 2 exercises, each of which is done for 20 seconds at a time, with a 10-second rest between each set. You won’t need any equipment, so you can do this at home, at a friend’s or relatives house, or even in a hotel room if you’re traveling for the holidays.
Please note that this workout does not include a warmup or a cool-down stretch at the end, so you will want to add these on your own. However, it’s still the quickest workout you’ll find that actually does accomplish something for your fitness! (Even though it’s only 4 minutes long, you’ll likely still feel it tomorrow!)
