Get ready to have some fun and dance away the calories with this fast-paced, energetic, fat-burning hip-hop Tabata routine! In just 30 minutes, you will strengthen and tone your lower body, burn calories, and sweat out some toxins as you follow along with this energizing workout.
Following the Tabata format, this workout consists of 4 rounds of 7 different exercises. Each exercise is done for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest in between. If you aren’t quite used to these moves or this intensity, be sure to follow the beginner modifications shown.
This is a full workout that includes a warmup and a cool-down, so you’ll get your exercise done for the day in just 30 minutes – and you’ll have fun jamming along to the hip-hop soundtrack – or at least I did! 🙂
