This intermediate-level power yoga class will strengthen and stretch your entire body from head to toe for a comprehensive workout in just 20 minutes!
This workout includes some upper body work, followed by some powerful lunges and squats as you move through several Warrior poses as well as Chair pose, followed by a lovely hip-opening stretch sequence to finish.
As you flow through this energizing and strengthening session, focus on the breath and holding the proper form for each pose. If you’re not quite flexible enough for some of the poses, feel free to use yoga blocks as needed, and modify to suit your ability and comfort level. Otherwise, you won’t need any equipment for this workout other than a yoga mat.
