Build a strong core without getting down on the floor with this fast and effective standing abs workout.
Whether you suffer from back problems, knee pain or you just have trouble getting up and down off the floor, there are some days when you just don’t feel like getting down on the floor just to get a good core workout. This 10-minute standing abs workout will give you a strong core without ever getting down on the floor at all.
This workout requires no equipment, although you may wish to have a light-to-medium free weight available for an extra challenge. You will work your upper and lower abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back for a flat belly and strong spine with this simple but effective standing abs workout. (Note: There is one “bonus” mat exercise at the end, but you can skip that one if you need to.)
