Nothing says “fun” like a Bollywood dance workout!
Get ready for some fun as we wrap up our month of dance with this quick, energetic and infectious Bollywood dance groove! This workout includes two short dance routines that will give you a full-body cardio workout in just a few minutes if you follow along with Bombay Jam Master Trainer Janani Chalaka.
You will start off with a Bollywood Hip-Hop dance routine, which gets you moving and gets your heart pumping. Then you will transition into a Bhangra sequence where you will jump, squat, swivel, and pivot your way to fitness with the fun Bollywood music soundtrack providing energy and rhythm to your moves. (I dare you not to smile while you do this – dancing is fun, but Bollywood dancing is fun x 10!) 🙂
Note: There is no warm-up included with this workout, but you can use the demonstration period as a gentle warmup while you learn the moves. And be sure to stretch it out afterwards!
