We’re starting with abs this week. Abs are extremely important for fitness, as they help support your entire body. With weak abs, you will find it much harder to do most forms of exercise, including daily activities. You will also be at higher risk of injury during both workouts and your daily life. This is why we’re starting out with the important core muscle groups of abs and obliques.
This quick but effective abs workout only takes 10 minutes, but your abs will be well on the way to a leaner, more toned state by the end of the session.
The workout consists of 10 exercises, done for 50 seconds each, with 10 seconds of rest between each set. The only equipment you need is an exercise mat.
