Got 5 minutes? Then you have time to work out! This super-fast and intense 5-minute holiday cardio workout session will warm up your body, get your blood moving, and get your heart pumping. It’s short, but it’s not easy, so take it seriously, pay attention to your form, and get your 5-minute cardio meltdown on!
Each set is done for 40 seconds, with a 20-second rest in between. The workout is very simple, consisting of just 3 exercises, and requires no equipment at all, so you can do it anywhere, anytime.
