1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup maple syrup
¼ cup applesauce
¼ cup apple cider
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the glaze
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider
